Pre-made items are typically packed and processed within two business days.
Custom orders are created in the order in which all supplies and materials are received, therefore, processing times will vary depending on workload.
All packages processed before 3:00 PM ET will be shipped the same business day via the United States Postal Service.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States as a Thank You for your Business. We ship via United States Postal Service First Class Mail which takes approximately 1-3 Business Days according to the US Postal Service website. However, shipping times may vary depending on your shipping address, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays.
If you require faster shipping, please Contact Me and we can work out a more accommodating method of delivery and only charge for the increased shipping.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently offer International Shipping to a limited number of countries. International orders are shipped via United States Priority Mail International which takes approximately 6-10 business days according to the US Postal Service website. However, shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Milkman's Garage is not responsible for delays at customs. Additionally, import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in our shipping price. Please consult your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine these prices.
WHO PAYS FOR CUSTOMS FEES?
The buyer is responsible to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Milkman's Garage is unable to predict which of these fees, if any, will be applied, and Etsy does not expect sellers to calculate or collect these fees or taxes.
Important Note: Customs Forms will correctly reflect the nature and value of the item(s) enclosed . We will not mark itms as "Gifts" if they are not truly gifts.

Tracking numbers are provided via our Etsy Shop immediately following order processing and shipment. If there is ever a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact us.
